I'm doomed if they become obsessed by 특급환상배송

 25/03/26

The manhwa I'm doomed if they become obsessed by 특급환상배송 follows the main character, Ariel, as she wakes up in a world with no recollection of how she got there. Only a mobile phone to guide me. This mobile phone appears not to be a normal object in the world, though. On the screen, it detailed "To go back to the normal world and get back your memory, you must achieve 3 hearts from every love interest." Due to this, Ariel got tangled with the target's diligently to increase their favorability. At first, everything seemed to be going fine, until another notification popped up: "Once you reach six hearts, the target will enter an overheat state, greatly increasing the chance of a drastic ending." With this information, the tides have turned, and the chances of risk have increased. Will she manage to escape, or will the ending drastically change for the better or worse?

Discovery and Character Designs:

Hi, everyone, I'm back to talk about another manhwa again, and this time it's a harem manhwa! Also, yes, this one is yandere (Should I just rename this trash/yandere men because from the rate I'm going, I think I'm obsessed with them lolol). Currently, I am reading the manhwa and am up to chapter 76. I discovered this when I was bored out of my mind. I went to the yandere male Reddit and found this one. There are about 4 male interests in the manhwa, and I have to say all of them look quite cool. There is Skyler, who is the second prince, with a basic design, but has an interesting personality. Devoncia, his brother, has heterochromia, and I find that sick (Most manhwa I read don't usually have a design like his, like woah yellow and blue ahhhhhh). We also have Rex, who is the duke, and he's got red hair and yellow eyes (... He's also got a good physique.), and then last we have another nobleman who has long blonde hair and tan skin, unfortunately much was not said about him, all I know is that he has no interest in loving the MC at this point at time. The MC's design is basic, but I don't think I've ever seen just black hair and black eyes, like it's basic but unique, and that's what I love about her. I believe her character design shows just how quiet and cautious she is, in contrast to being bold or wearing very flashy clothes, as the crown prince. Honestly, I really like Devoncia's design as his hair is wavy and his eyes are those that no other male lead has. I would fall hard for him if he weren't just super suspicious and had a vibe of a Disney villain.

Does well on:

Right at this point in time, I believe what the manhwa does well is conveying a sense of eeriness or edge to the viewer. Having the MC not remember a single memory and going through options, which may give her a penalty, sounds terrifying. The crown prince similarly also contributes to this by being so mysterious in whether the viewer should trust him or not. Like, for example, when MC took the aptitude test, he made it so that it was only him in the room. Like, I believe he has had an interest in the MC for a while, even before she became conscious of her body. Which raises the question, "Was he the one who erased her memories and transported her to his world?" If so, that is psycho, and I like it. Overall, I quite like the art style and her connections with all the love interests, especially Rex, which just feels like an old friend teasing you. Also, every time MC goes into a room with Devoncia, it is usually dim and has the colour purple, and purple can usually be associated with evil. Notably, I also enjoy the power imbalances that the MC has; like with people she's comfortable with, she does not have such a sophisticated facade, but when she's with the princes, she retains a barrier. Sure, it makes me frustrated, but I enjoy that.

What I didn't enjoy:

Well, this manhwa was quite enjoyable and at some moments made me get up and take a walk. I would say one thing I didn't quite enjoy in the manhwa was the way the MC's face was always so bland or just had the same expression. (Maybe it's different from the novel) But I guess it also shows her sense of caution. Another one is how slow the plot progresses and how there really isn't much going on most of the time. Like most of the time, it's her interactions with the love interests. Maybe if MC were to have time by herself, I might like her more because right now, I'm struggling to connect with her. Also, biased, I really want her to hang out with Skylar more, like I see her hanging out with Devoncia, but her moments with Skylar seem to make me love the manhwa. Another thing was the lack of character interactions with other characters, such as other characters such as maids or even friends she may make, just not the love interests.

Overall, this story does quite well with the romance and eeriness, and I can't wait to see more. If you like this type of Manhwa, I invite you to have a go.

The Demon King Is Way Too Overprotective by Senri Miko

 18/03/26

The romantic manga The Demon King Is Way Too Overprotective by Senri Miko follows high school student Seina, who is juggling school, friendships, and paying the rent, leaving her with no breathing room. But when she nearly falls prey to a scammer and loses her hard-earned money, things go from bad to worse. Just when it seems like it is going to hit rock bottom, a stranger swoops in, claiming he is the demon king who's crossed dimensions just to be with her. Why? Because, according to him, Seina is the reincarnation of his lost love! Skeptical but unable to shake him off, Seina finds herself with a new, otherworldly roommate who’s hell-bent on keeping her safe, whether she wants his protection or not. What’s a girl to do when her biggest problem suddenly becomes a supernatural—and superhot—roommate? (The Demon King is Way Too Overprotective! | Seven Seas Entertainment 2024)

Hi everyone, I'm back for another review, and this time it is a manga! Lately, I've been on the male yandere Reddit and have been looking for... Pathetic yandere males. I think after Tamon, I have realised that they have a spot in my heart. Anyway, like I do in any review, I discovered this a week ago and completed it in two days. I would say that this did not wow me as much, but if you have nothing to read, this is a tame one. I know some of you might be thinking, "A male yandere again!?"  I promise I will try to find some action or ones that do not involve yandere! If you guys want to give me suggestions, I'll feel free to read them in my free time. My boyfriend has recently told me about Patron of Villains, and I might give that a go soon, too.

Now let's get into the review. This story is 11 chapters long and was released around 2023. The art style overall is quite nice. I like the way Demon King is drawn, and it has stupid pointed ears. I can't say much about the character's design, though, as nothing is interesting about a slice-of-life high school student. The overall storyline, though, is quite calming and not quite impactful, but it gets interesting at the end, with her childhood friend being the reason she died. I would say it's quite boring with its plot. It is refreshing, though, reading it after all the trash I've been consuming. The character traits I would say are not that memorable, but I really liked her childhood friend. He was like this nice guy, but was fairly eerie when his face was much less friendly and more aggravated when hanging out with the demon king. (One character I really love and is not related to this manga is Qi Rong from TGCF, which I might review in Autumn.) Anyways I believe her childhood friend kind of carried when it came to the plot because the fact that he would murder the female lead due to fate was interesting.

Anyway, this manga is quite tame, if you want to give it a read. It is not very yandere coded, like the title, the male lead is overprotective, but not to the point of cages and all that, but he will murder. Like, there was one scene where he wanted to murder a group of guys for harassing Seina. What was funny, though, was that since Seina rejected the idea of murder, he spawned cats instead to distract them. I feel like they wouldn't just stop harassing because of the cats, but I guess for comedic purposes it suits it. Overall, I give this:

6/10

Not bad to the point of being trash, but just very average and honestly could've added more elements or something that made it interesting, but also the ending was pretty alright. So yeah, if you are bored, you should give this a read.

Bunker Days by 2Myeon_z

 11/03/26

Bunker Days, written and illustrated by 2Myeon_z, is a thriller/romance manhwa that centres around the themes of obsession and psychological tension. It follows the female protagonist Nam Seo Woo, who lives with her relatives due to the death of her parents. Unfortunately, Nam Seo Woo is neglected and is kicked out of her house, and is made to find a place to live. She ends up trapped in a bunker and meets her blood-drenched childhood friend, whom she left behind. However, this friend doesn't appear to be what he seems to be.

Hi, I'm back for another review. This manhwa at the moment is still currently updating, but I would like to write about it, as I could drop it. Currently, the translations are up to 11 chapters and provide small context and clues on what is going on. I also want to note that I had looked at the Yandere male Reddit and found that this manhwa had been posted. So the male lead could be a yandere; however, I have not been provided with any information, unless we take one of the characters' perspectives to heart. Though reading the chapters, his actions are deemed quite suspicious, such as locking the bunker door and watching her in her sleep (for sure this is yandere behaviour lol). We, as the audience, could theorise that he is lying about going outside and being trapped; however, we may need to wait a while to figure out the male lead, Wonhyuk Joo's motives.

At the moment, I think the storyline is pretty interesting. Having a bunker as an idea is not seen so much in romance manhwa. However, forgetting the romance, I believe the thriller element is the most notable. Being stuck with your former childhood friend (that may or may not be a murderer). Could be seen as troubling and almost life-threatening. This is even worse when he might be lying. In my opinion, I would be very suspicious and grab a piece of furniture to break the door. Unfortunately, the door looks solid, and the protagonist doesn't necessarily have the strength. There is also another concept that builds up Wonhyuk Joo's character that contributes to the thriller, which makes the manhwa quite enjoyable, such as having a murderer as his father. This is not really explained, but from the recent chapters, I have the theory that the male lead may assist in the murders and could have murdered his father. Assuming that in the recent chapter, what the protagonist's cousin saw was his dad's body, unfortunately, I have been left on a cliffhanger. With this theory, the scene where the male lead stops the protagonist from answering the knocking on the bunker door due to his dad could show that Wonhyuk Joo's character is manipulative and would do anything just to keep the protagonist by his side. (It sort of reminds me of Bastard, as the male lead's father was also a murderer).

On another note, I am still left with a couple of questions, like. Does the protagonist's cousin communicate with the male lead? Is the male leads father dead? Will she ever get out of the bunker? I have yet to find answers about this, as sadly, I cannot find a novel around this, and I don't think there is. I would say this manhwa does leave you wanting more, but it depends on whether you enjoy romance. For me, I may look like I completely 100% love romance books, but this is not the case. I'm a big fan of angst, horror, and even messages that are delivered clearly. What made me slightly dislike this manhwa was the condoms put in the protagonist's bag by her cousin. It could be providing clues on her involvement, but I don't find it a contributing factor at all. Therefore, I cannot completely provide a full review, but judging by the elements and ideas in the manhwa, I am currently intrigued, yet I don't completely enjoy reading it at the moment. I may give a full review when this is finished, but I cannot guarantee it.

So, judging the manhwa, I give it around a

6.5/10

It's intriguing, but it really isn't my cup of tea at the moment. It feels like your average wattpad story if the other elements don't build up character or plot. If you do like angst, though, I would semi-recommend this. It may get spicy, too, so if you want, you can stick around.

For your perfect ending by Merry Happy

06/03/26

The 2025 Korean romance Manhwa, For your perfect ending, written by Merry Happy and drawn by hedgehog. Follows the main protagonist, Yuseom, as she is brought back to her own world from being murdered by her husband, Killian, out of crazed obsession with her past transmigration. Yunseom possessed the duke's daughter, Ines, for twenty years and finally came back, waking up from a three-year coma. She is relieved that she will not be seeing her husband again, but that's when she sees a boy who has the same appearance as her husband. Will this just be a hoax, or did her husband also transmigrate?

Hi everyone. I had some free time and wanted to write a review of the story that I've been recently reading. I found this on Instagram as usual, and it seems like such a fun concept. I am up to chapter 23 right now, and I have been so impatient waiting for the next chapter.
I find that most reincarnation concepts do not use such ideas as this one. For example, the story starts after the female lead has come back to her own world. Usually this happens at the end, but not for this one, though. The female lead is quite strong at the start, even throwing the male lead over her shoulder. (I would do that too if I saw the face of my husband who murdered me.) She is also very good at sports and usually gets picked to be on a team. I am just saying this because I love strong female leads, for example, Misaki Ayuzawa from Maid Sama was like my role model. I generally wanted to be just as strong as her lol.

Now, about the male lead. He is interesting, he's like the type of guy who is nice, but you cannot trust with such little detail. Take Yu Jung from Cheese in the Trap, bro is terrifying when you don't know him. I don't want to give out any spoilers, but the male lead, Haewon, seems to be hiding who he truly is and might be fooling the female protagonist. (He could be a yandere ooooo) He comes from a rich family and has an abusive father. My question is, is he the one who also transmigrated with the female lead? I can't wait to find out.

I also want to point out that there might be a love triangle going on. I forgot the side male lead's name, but he is introduced in a panel where he is kissing a girl just for the hell of it. I mean, I really don't want the female lead to end up with this guy. I am not really the type to like players. Though if Haewon is actually Killian, I don't want him either because bro literally stabbed Yunseom.

Overall, I am looking forward to reading this, and I am having so much fun with every single chapter. If you like romances with a little bit of a twist, I suggest this. Though you might be waiting a little bit for chapters.

Classmate by Sooriboo

 05/03/26

Mocha's note:

Hi everyone!! Sorry, I haven't been posting lately. I've been busy with school work and learning the saxophone, so I can barely be on my laptop sometimes. I hope you're enjoying my reviews even though no one might even look at them T-T. This review is about an unfinished manhwa, but honestly, I can't wait to read more.

Classmate by Sooriboo follows the main character Eunha, a lonely girl, who is mainly a target for bullying by three people. She goes to a school that has an abandoned building, which she tends to stay in during break. This building has a lot of rumors about spirits, so people decide not to go near it. One day, though, Eunha's bullies lock her in a locker in the building and summon a ghost. Not thinking their actions were going to conjure a ghost, they decide to leave her in the locker and leave. What they didn't know was that their summoning had worked, and now the ghost was out to get them for revenge.

So, like all manhwas I read, I stumbled across this one through Instagram. It was an edit, and honestly, I liked the ghost guys' form. It creeped me out, but it was so cool having a male lead not look like a prince character for once. This is my fault, however, as I indulge myself in those types of books.

Just yesterday, actually, I was scrolling the yandere male reddit, because I had nothing better to do, and there the manhwa was. If you have been reading my reviews, you would know how much I am a sucker for yandere male leads. There's just this fascination I have with them. *cough.... cough* Caleb from Love and Deepspace. Turns out the guy in the manhwa may turn into a yandere. I mean, he has got the potential, bro literally killed the guy who liked her but bullied her. Which is honestly valid, because what do you mean you bully your crush because you like them, it just doesn't make sense. The ghost killed him, though, because I believe he has an ulterior motive, something that may cause destruction to the school; however, Eunha does not know this.

I forgot to mention the ghost is rather possessive or seems to want to keep Eunha by his side at all times. He even explained how he wanted to murder his only friend for leaving him and was rambling on about how he didn't want her to leave. This could be romantic or desperate. At the moment, I, as the audience, have no idea, but I can confirm that the manhwa has some romance in it; you just have to wait.

Overall, the manhwa has an interesting concept, having a ghost male lead who doesn't appear to be what he seems sounds super cool, and to have him be this scary ghost is even better. I reckon you should give this a read. If you enjoy monster male leads and a pinch of horror that might not freak you out, but make you enjoy it.
